Regulator In France Raids Office Of Apple


巴黎——法國競爭監管部門的一名發言人周二說,作為針對蘋果在法零售業務的調查行動的一部分,當局搜查了蘋果(Apple)的法國分公司和蘋果的一些關聯企業。
法國監管部門競爭管理局(Competition Authority)的發言人安德烈·皮耶拉爾(André Piérard)說,突擊調查發生在上周,對象是「蘋果在法國的一些產業,以及它的一些批發商和分銷商」。

文章引用了蘋果主要分銷商eBizcuss的案例,這家公 司於去年倒閉,此前經營着大約15家商店。eBizcuss的首席執行官弗朗索瓦·普呂當(François Prudent)指責蘋果濫用其市場優勢地位,進行不公平競爭。他說,蘋果公司在全國各地開設了蘋果零售店,同時又不給其他授權經銷商提供市場熱捧的產 品,比如最新款的iPad和iPhone。普呂當已經向監管機構提出了投訴。
《回聲報》說,競爭監管部門想要查明,蘋果是否曾要求其批 發商不要按時發貨。eBizcuss之類的分銷商幾乎每天都會和這些批發商打交道。《回聲報》報道稱,皮耶拉爾還說,競爭管理部門正在對蘋果以及其他互聯 網公司進行調查,因為他們涉嫌通過自家的網絡應用商店濫用市場主導地位。
皮耶拉爾拒絕就《回聲報》的報道發表評論。蘋果駐倫敦發言人喬希·羅森斯托克(Josh Rosenstock)也拒絕置評。
