 Will Microsoft's Reorganization Pay Off?
The reorganization that Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer announced last week aims to improve the software giant's ability to use internal technology resources, foster greater collaboration among teams and make the company more nimble. Experts at Wharton and elsewhere note, though, that the reshuffle will hardly remedy challenges such as Microsoft's overdependence on PC sales and poor performance in the smartphone and tablet markets.
