果公司(Apple Inc.)正在中國和台灣兩地新招聘數百名工程師和供應鏈經理人，以加速產品研發並推出更多品種的設備。

據消息人士稱，蘋果公司正從競爭對手宏達國際電子股份有限公司(HTC Co. 簡稱：宏達國際)和其他台灣科技公司挖工程師，來建設自己在上海和台北的團隊。

蘋果的招聘活動表明該公司需要更多工程技術人員，與亞洲供貨商在今後新款iPhones和iPads的零部件研發上進行合作，從而以更快的速度和更高的頻率推出新品。在其部分供貨商工廠狀況遭到批評後，蘋果也在增加其供應鏈經理人的數量。

據消息人士稱，從2013年年中開始，蘋果在中國大力招聘，過去兩年該公司已在中國新聘用了數百名工程師和操作員。這些消息人士稱，目前蘋果在中國的工程師和操作員總數已超過600人。

蘋果並未透露中國員工人數有多少。
