新聞報導中國工信部否認全面封殺Google5月3日晚深圳一公司的官方網站發布一則中國工信部關於Google使用的通知,要求從5月3日起執行移動終端產品出廠不允許有Google字樣及相關應用。 4日晚間,工信部作出回應,稱傳言不屬實。(德國之聲中文網)5月3日晚間深圳國證通管理諮詢有限公司的官方網站上發布了一則中國工信部關於Google使用的通知,該通知內容為:接到CTA進網實驗室通知,當前國家工信部已經對"Google"使用有新通知,2012年5月3日執行移動終端產品出廠不允許有Google字樣及相關應用,違者不進行任何行政審批。現在工信部對所有移動終端產品,包括手機,PAD等設備出廠都不允許帶有Google標識、應用, 包括Google搜索、Google書籤和Google瀏覽器等與有關的字樣。為避免後期出現異常,請全部屏蔽後再送檢。中國工信部否認全面封殺Google(音頻)其後,移動互聯研究機構艾媒諮詢(iimedia research)在新浪微博發出評論:工信部欲封殺Google的消息早有傳聞,如果工信部關於Google使用通知屬實,將會引發國內移動互聯網的大地震,甚至有波動全球移動互聯網。因為中國的手機網民數量在全球手機網民的佔比是很重要的份數。至5月4日傍晚,中國工信部官方網站上發出信息:"我部從未發出過任何關於禁止移動終端產品使用谷歌標識及應用的通知。網上相關消息不屬實。"中國網民對此持懷疑態度,網易網友"民煮黨" 留言:"傳言一般最後都被證實是真的。"2010年3月,中國大陸的谷歌搜索引擎宣布停止對搜索結果進行過濾審查,並指責來自中國的黑客襲擊了中國異議人士的Gmail信箱等,隨後谷歌搜索退出中國大陸市場。維基解密曾披露,中共高層周永康和李長春曾下令封鎖網絡,二人是Google退出中國事件中背後的高層人物。"可能是報復,或競爭對手進行政府公關後的結果"中國新媒體人北風認為如果傳言屬實,可能是工信部與穀歌公司就某些事項無法達成一致,例如工信部會對GAE(Google App Engine)提供使大陸網民輕鬆瀏覽被政府網阻止的Facebook、Youtube翻牆服務不滿:"我甚至懷疑谷歌公司有一些針對大陸的舉動,所以讓工信部採取這種特別的反應。"。北風認為這則通知非常容易讓外界解讀為"政治原因",但也不排除谷歌在中國的競爭對手,對政府進行公關,繼而由政府下達禁令:"在我判斷一種可能性是中國政府報復谷歌,但據我觀察近期谷歌並無明顯的針對中國的舉動。那麼最大的一種可能性就是有人向中國政府公關,然後導致整個Google產品在中國被封。""透過服務看到谷歌的價值取向和技術能力"早前德國之聲採訪互聯網專家毛向輝,他指出谷歌服務因保證信息私密性而受到中國用戶的信賴據悉,目前Google移動應用產品有:Google eBooks、Street View on Google 、Google Tunes、GReader、谷歌拼音輸入法、Google Maps、Google翻譯、谷歌星空地圖等。 4月底面世的Google Drive在中國已經被封殺。北風也認為從中國用戶最為熟悉的Google搜索談起,其與百度搜索秉承的價值不同,也帶給中國用戶不同的使用感受。特別是搜索英文學術資料時,谷歌都為不二之選:"毫無疑問你能看到兩家搜索的不同價值取向,還有他們之間技術能力的區別。"作者:吳雨責編:李魚
