No Engraving for Moto X at Launch
Buyers who go through AT&TT +0.24% will be able to customize their phones with different colors and messaging. AT&T said late last week that customers would be able to access “Moto Maker” online this Friday.
By many accounts, the Moto X is a decently powered phone with a few unique features surrounding voice activation and touchless controls. Where it stood out, Katie Boehret said earlier this month, is in the customization options.
According to the Verge, a Motorola spokesperson said that there were some quality issues with the engraving, and that the company hopes to offer that option in the near future.
