Regulator In France Raids Office Of Apple

巴黎——法國競爭監管部門的一名發言人周二說，作為針對蘋果在法零售業務的調查行動的一部分，當局搜查了蘋果(Apple)的法國分公司和蘋果的一些關聯企業。
法國監管部門競爭管理局(Competition Authority)的發言人安德烈·皮耶拉爾(André Piérard)說，突擊調查發生在上周，對象是「蘋果在法國的一些產業，以及它的一些批發商和分銷商」。
皮耶拉爾說，執行調查的是競爭管理局的官員，陪同前往的還有司法警務人員。當局在突擊調查中沒收了一些文件。
蘋果因對產品形象和市場推廣保持嚴格控制而聞名，並已把這
些舉措擴展利潤豐厚的蘋果店面當中。然而，在歐洲和其他一些地方，它在市場的領導地位已促使當局加強了對它的審查。例如，歐洲的監管者一直在審核蘋果和銷

法國財經報紙《回聲報》(Les Échos)周一率先報道了蘋果在法國受到調查的新聞。文章說，調查人員關注的是蘋果與其分銷商之間的關係。
文章引用了蘋果主要分銷商eBizcuss的案例，這家公
司於去年倒閉，此前經營着大約15家商店。eBizcuss的首席執行官弗朗索瓦·普呂當(François
Prudent)指責蘋果濫用其市場優勢地位，進行不公平競爭。他說，蘋果公司在全國各地開設了蘋果零售店，同時又不給其他授權經銷商提供市場熱捧的產
品，比如最新款的iPad和iPhone。普呂當已經向監管機構提出了投訴。
《回聲報》說，競爭監管部門想要查明，蘋果是否曾要求其批
發商不要按時發貨。eBizcuss之類的分銷商幾乎每天都會和這些批發商打交道。《回聲報》報道稱，皮耶拉爾還說，競爭管理部門正在對蘋果以及其他互聯
網公司進行調查，因為他們涉嫌通過自家的網絡應用商店濫用市場主導地位。
皮耶拉爾拒絕就《回聲報》的報道發表評論。蘋果駐倫敦發言人喬希·羅森斯托克(Josh Rosenstock)也拒絕置評。
