A judge in United States federal court Wednesday held that the company
had violated antitrust law in helping set the retail price of electronic
books, and said a trial would follow.

Groups）郵件檔案共享服務，但卻忽略更改隱私設定值限定點閱者資格，造成六千多件個人及中央省廳情報「全都露」，其中可能包括環境省條約交涉過程、
個人病歷及個資等。

Google網上 論壇是Google提供的免費線上交流工具，使用者可透過電郵或網路建立或加入任何主題的討論串。成立網上論壇的使用者，可以利用隱私設定值決定誰可以加 入、誰可以觀看或張貼訊息，但Google預設隱私設定值相當寬鬆，所以成立網上論壇時若忽略更改隱私設定值，等於是開放給公眾閱覽。
報導 指出，環境省、國土交通省、農水省及復興廳等，至少有六個中央政府機關，使用Google網上論壇共享業務情報，但卻忘記設限而被外界一覽無遺。環境省今 年一月進行的國際水銀貿易條約談判，相關談判過程、日本代表團談判備忘錄及代表團與瑞士、挪威代表團對話等相關六十六件情報，全呈現公開狀態。
用免費網路服務 挨轟便宜行事
對此，環境省發言人表示，曝光資料並非最高機密，但外部人士可以看到談判過程，確實問題很大，已對此採取補救措施。而情報管理律師板倉陽一郎則批評政府單位使用免費網路服務便宜行事，並且缺乏安全意識。
另外，讀賣新聞調查發現全國七個醫療機構及照護單位，也出現同樣狀況，造成三百人病歷曝光，五千名國高中生個資外流，另有某政黨也因相同原因導致支持者名單曝光。
