EU Seeks Feedback on Google Concessions

BRUSSELS—European Union regulators have given Google Inc.'s competitors and other interested parties a month to respond to the search engine's proposals to address concerns that it is abusing its dominance in Internet search.Earlier this month, Google submitted formal proposals aimed at ending a European Commission investigation into the way the company ranks and displays Internet-search results and of its advertising contracts with other websites. The commission, the EU's executive arm, began the probe in late 2010.
