圖／經濟日報提供 Google台灣董事總經理簡立峰3日表示，台商在筆電、大尺寸電視的成功模式可複製至手機，瞄準東南亞市場，與當地電信商或內容提供商合作，搶攻10億人口商機。 Google登高一呼看好東南亞市場，法人預期，鴻海、仁寶、廣達、聯發科、宏達電等已在當地布局的業者，均有望搭上東南亞內需市場崛起的受惠列車。 Google 3日於新加坡舉辦亞太區媒體活動，主題為「迎接下一個網路10億用戶」，強力看好即將崛起的東南亞行動上網商機，Google負責東南亞事務的東南亞區總 監柏紹德（Julian Persaud）表示，現在東南亞上網人口占總人口比重僅14%，預估2010到2015年，新興市場將新增加5億人的上網人口，成長幅度驚人。簡立峰表 示，印尼手機上網人口是5,000萬人，今年智慧機上網年成長高達56%，銷售量1.2億支，成為全球第3大手機市場，僅次於大陸與印度。 已有不少台廠看好印尼市場發展，積極搶進，聯發科與印尼最大電信商Telkomsel及印尼手機品牌大廠IMO擴展合作。簡立峰認為，「印尼手機高速成長，很適合台灣廠商 」。 簡立峰指出，東南亞對於手機的購買力還不高，大的品牌不具優勢，適合低成本的手機，因此聯發科的機會很大。此外，宏達電的產品也在印尼賣很好，成為僅次三星、第2大的手機品牌廠。 簡立峰表示，東南亞消費習慣是由電信商決定產品，加上電信商需要高毛利，電信商可直接找代工廠、晶片廠合作。 他建議可以複製鴻海在低價大尺寸電視的模式，且搭上雲端商機，「與電信業者合作，在美國可能電信商不會願意，但是在東南亞就是個新的機會。」 簡立峰認為，台商可從筆電跨入做手機搶市場，像是聯想今年智慧型手機熱賣，這股低價的風潮正開始起飛。
