Facebook：很快入駐北京？

儘管Facebook（臉書）網站自2009年起在中國被封，但是該公司似乎已經在北京三環的黃金地段租了寫字樓。這莫非是其“曲線救國”進入中國市場的第一步？

（德國之聲中文網）據彭博社消息，Facebook公司今年5月與位於北京中央商務圈的“財​​富金融中心”簽署了三年的租賃合同，租了800平方米的辦公空間，準備在中國大陸開設辦公點。

財富金融中心於2012年7月封頂，建築高度265米，封頂時是北京最高的純寫字樓建築。該樓共61層，位於東三環的黃金地段，在樓中可將故宮、鳥巢、國家體育館盡收眼底。

據媒體報導，Facebook將租賃該大樓的第59層。彭博社消息稱，Facebook還沒有開始辦公室的裝修。Facebook目前是該層的唯一租戶。因為考慮到Facebook未來可能擴張，寫字樓方面沒有計劃近期向另一家公司出租該層的剩餘空間。據財富金融中心網站信息，大樓每層的空間在2600-2900平方米。

金融財富中心的開發商香江國際中國地產（HKI China Land Ltd）開始出租較高樓層時，將去年不足400元/平方米的月租提高至如今的超過500元/平方米。匯豐銀行、新加坡星展集團、三星（中國）等知名企業集團也在該大樓租了辦公空間。

Facebook 方面未作評

Facebook美國加利福尼亞總部的發言人弗羅斯特（Debbie Frost）目前沒有證實這一消息，她拒絕對在北京開設辦事處一事作評。

據彭博社報導，弗羅斯特在一封郵件聲明中說："中國的出口商和開發商們認為，Facobook是一個很好的方式，幫助他們接觸海外顧客。我們在香港的銷售部門正在對這些中國商家們提供支持。我們當然也在尋求未來可以提供更多支持的途徑。"

財富金融中心位於東三環央視“大褲衩”的斜對面

自2009年起，Facebook的社交網絡網站在中國大陸被封。該公司在香港建立了辦事處，為那些想接觸國際客戶的大陸商家提供廣告服務。另外，Facebook副總裁史密斯（Vaughan Smith）今年5月在北京全球移動網絡大會上稱，該公司在中國有"數千名"軟件開發商。

Facebook在2012年首次公開募股的說明中稱，"大量法律性、監管性的複雜問題"阻止其進入這個世界網民第一大國。Facebook目前正在力求增加其在亞洲的銷售額，該公司今年第一季度在亞洲盈利3.54億美元，佔其總收益的14%，相比較2012年5月首次公開募股時的1.18億美元（佔總收益11%）上升不少。

一些媒體分析，Facebook目前的舉措證明其非常重視中國市場，而其總裁 馬克·扎克伯格很早開始學習中文也可能對此有所幫助。據此前的媒體報導，扎克伯格可以使用中文與華人投資者交流。
