〔編譯陳成良／綜合報導〕全球搜尋引擎龍頭Google推出新功能，將主動分析用戶是否遭「國家級駭客」入侵並發出警告，呼籲用戶應立即採取防護措施。
Google 資安工程副總裁葛羅瑟五日發文指出，如果偵測到用戶帳戶或電腦遭受國家支持的網路攻擊威脅，Google將會在用戶看到的Google服務網頁上方，貼出 底框為粉紅色的粗體字警語，內容為，「警告：我們相信國家支持的駭客可能企圖侵入您的帳戶或電腦。請立即自我防護。」
葛羅瑟表示，用戶看到 警語時，並不一定代表帳戶已經遭駭，只是表示Google相信這個帳號可能成為網路攻擊的目標，例如俗稱「網路釣魚」的詐騙，或者遭到惡意程式入侵，因此 呼籲用戶應該立即採取防護措施，包括建立更穩固的密碼、啟用Gmail兩步驟驗證程序，以及升級自己的瀏覽器、作業系統、擴充套件和文件編輯程式。
葛羅瑟表示，目前無法透露如何知道這些攻擊由國家資助，但堅稱他們所掌握的資訊可以確認發起攻擊的人員或團體是由國家贊助的。來自中國、俄羅斯和數個中東國家的「國家級駭客」，已多次遭指控對異議份子和記者等人士發動網路攻擊。
在此之前，Google五月間宣布將推出一個機制，提醒中國用戶哪些搜尋關鍵字可能受到中國當局攔截或審查。
爆料網站「維基解密」曾透露，二○一○年初中國政府動員資訊安全專家與網路駭客入侵Google中國伺服器。當年一月，Google聲明受到來自中國的駭客攻擊，但當時並未指明攻擊是否與中國政府有關。
二○○一年六月，Google的Gmail遭駭客入侵，Google指出疑似中國的駭客攻擊美國高級官員與包括中國民運人士、記者在內數百位民眾的電郵帳戶，受害者的電郵帳戶密碼被盜取。
