【大陸中心╱綜合外電報導】Google旗下智庫組織「Google構想」，前天發表多項研發中的新服務，希望為人權團體與新聞媒體提供保護，以免網站遭駭客攻擊，也將協助中國、伊朗等集權國家網友，利用「翻牆」手法躲避官方審查，自由瀏覽網路內容。

保護網站免遭駭

「Google 構想」（Google Ideas）盼促進網路言論自由，一口氣發表3大服務。首先，Google出資協助華盛頓大學等單位，研發代理伺服器軟體「uProxy」，為集權國家網 友與自由國度民眾，創造類似虛擬私人網路的加密連結，使前者能逃脫國家監控，瀏覽未受限的網路內容。這款軟體起初僅能用於Chrome與火狐 （Firefox）瀏覽器，不支援微軟IE瀏覽器。
該組織也發表「盾牌計劃」，將為人權組織、非政府組織與媒體提供網站代管服務，保護網站免於駭客的「分散式阻斷服務攻擊」（DDoS）。
此外，「Google構想」也將推出新的數位攻擊地圖，能標註出全球各地正在發生的DDoS駭客攻擊事件。
Google作法與蘋果公司形成強烈對比，蘋果日前移除中國版App Store中一款手機「翻牆」上網軟體，而且事先並未發布通知，中國網友質疑蘋果已「墮落」，屈從中國的網路審查制度。
