【陳怡妏╱綜合外電報導】社群網站龍頭「臉書」（facebook）前天宣布，將改變用戶登入臉書後看到的動態消息運算方式，提高跟用戶比較有關係的親友貼文比率，減少新聞媒體粉絲專頁貼文。
臉書先前才被踢爆，包商在統計熱門新聞話題時，會刻意打壓特定政治立場。副總裁莫瑟里強調：「我們的工作不是挑選全球網友應該要看的新聞，而是幫人們找到對他們來說最有意義的貼文。」

分享數決定能見度

民調顯示，臉書已經成為網友閱讀新聞的主要管道之一。美國皮尤研究中心（Pew）上月民調發現，66%美國臉書用戶會在臉書看新聞。英國牛津大學進行的26國民調也得到類似結果，51%受訪者表示會上社群網站看新聞，44%更點名臉書是主要新聞來源。
臉書工程部門主管貝克史壯坦言，新的運算方式可能會導致部分媒體粉絲專頁點擊次數下滑，但強調網友分享次數會決定該則新聞的能見度。

「打壓媒體粉絲數」

哈佛大學紐曼新聞實驗室主任班頓認為：「這是臉書持續打壓大型媒體粉絲人數的手段之一。」

【市場與金融】「雅虎通」前途未卜原油交易員心神不安

無論是油價暴跌、經濟制裁，還是自然災害，原油交易員們都能夠從容面對，但老牌互聯網公司雅虎的衰落卻令他們不知所措。
過去近18年來，雅虎公司（Yahoo！）的即時通訊工具「雅虎通」（Messenger，也稱「雅虎信使」）一直都是他們預設的通訊工具。從新加坡到鹿特丹，原油交易員們都是通過「雅虎通」招攬生意、洽談合同和約定午餐的。
現在雅虎公司正在拍賣旗下互聯網資產，也在拍賣資產之列的「雅虎通」前途未卜。與此同時，雅虎正強迫新用戶使用新版「雅虎通」。然而，某些交易所的合規人員已明令禁止使用新版「雅虎通」，因為新版產品既無法記錄聊天內容，也不能從內部登錄，而這些功能舊版都有。
為了讓公司員工們尋找解決方案，亞塞拜疆國家石油公司駐日內瓦的分公司Socar Trading已經組建了一個工作小組。儘管該小組已確定了潛在的替代產品，但公司面臨的主要問題是業內人士是否會接受這些產品。「如果業內沒人使用，即便一款產品具有出色的合規功能也沒什麼意義。」Socar Trading的行政總裁阿齊莫夫（Azru Azimov）說。據一些公司管理人士稱，大宗商品貿易巨頭荷蘭托克公司（Trafigura）和瑞士能源巨頭摩科瑞能源（Mercuria Energy）等公司也在尋找替代產品。這些管理人士不願透露姓名，因為公司不勞倫希爾允許他們公開談論合規問題。
找到「雅虎通」的替代產品並不容易。「雅虎通」是免費的，在原油貿易行業擁有龐大的用戶群，其中既包括交易員、煉廠經理，也包括管道營運商和港口管理員。很多業內人士甚至將他們的「雅虎通」帳號印在名片上。
「大家都在用『雅虎通』，而且不論到哪兒都會保持登錄狀態，」總部位於瑞士楚格的顧問公司石油矩陣（Petro Matrix）的董事總經理雅各（Olivier Jakob）說。
儘管沒有市場佔有率的官方資料，但原油交易員們稱，到目前為止，「雅虎通」是原油貿易領域佔據主導地位的即時通訊平台，自本世紀初以來，在Snapchat和WhatsApp等即時通信工具流行之前，就一直保持著這一優勢。
